The staff and the quiet rooms were definitely a plus at this hotel.

Valet parking of $28 seemed a bit much and the small room we were given.

This was my second visit to Riverplace. During my first stay, the size of my room was more than adequate for a business traveler. However, this stay was another story. Nice floor plan with exception of suites with no views. Great location for walkers - river front walkway and access to varied locations.

Our courtyard room was 1/2 size of friend's.

I did like the restaurant.

The room was booked wrong. There was not movies in the room. The location was not walkable to downtown. The staff was new and unexperienced.

I didn't like this hotel at all. It was unorganized, understaffed. The same person was checking people in and out and doing concierge. They were screaming across the isle to the valet. The room reservation was booked as an error. The hotel didn't have a pool or spa. The system for checking out movies was ridiculous, there was a book of xeroxed copies to chose from. The bar was not stocked and we waited 25 min to get towels and cups that should have been in the room to begin with. It was very disappointing. ...read more
